3D Tank!

I spent about 2 hours figuring out how to use 3DS Max properly - it was a really hard program to use compared to others.. like sketchup? (obviously)

I managed to pick up one or two during the process and definitely will use more often again in videos. Challenging as not everyone could do it and could turn out to be a real beauty if used properly.

Here's my 3D Model (after rendering in Alpha channel in 3DS)

It looks cropped - yes it suppose to look like this. I cannot upload onto the blog as it was too big: 5.06mb..

Anyway, I did not make make it an animation because:

1. The wheels of the tank looks crappy and does not fit well with video

2. This is my first video upload with 3D Object and I want it to look good

I did some colour correction in AE/3DS Max but did not turn out to be that well.. Guess I need to start learning more about them.

It was REAL interesting to work with these softwares and get me really hyped up until even I forgot about my dinner. This shows how much passion can do right?

Took with my iPhone 4! (I'm not saying that it produces SD videos but the video are not as good as cameras one)

No stabilization done to make it look 'stable'.

Anyway, this is a blog to keep track what I am doing daily.. Why? After I'm done with my video I would put it aside or in a folder (never to be found) and would forget about it. So I thought making a blog to do all these cool stuffs.
